01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and p99o ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p99o website located at https://p99o.net and all associated services, games, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms and acknowledge that they form a binding contract enforceable against you.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

p99o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use p99o, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You do not already hold another active or suspended p99o account;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other licensed gambling operator pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of p99o or any of its affiliated entities, and are not a member of the immediate family of any such person.

p99o may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Documents commonly requested include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bills, or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p99o may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

In the event that p99o determines, at any point, that a player is or was underage at the time of registration or any subsequent transaction, the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed, cancel all bonuses credited, and freeze the account balance pending investigation. Any deposits made by a verified underage player may be refunded at p99o's sole discretion after deducting administrative costs.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the p99o Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, CNIC, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method , is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. p99o shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all such activity.

p99o reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All p99o accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed on the relevant cashier pages of the Platform. These limits may be amended from time to time at p99o's discretion.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. p99o reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). p99o aims to process verified withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review by the p99o risk and compliance team prior to processing.
• p99o reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Any withdrawal amount that has been derived from bonus funds will be subject to applicable wagering requirement rules before it may be withdrawn.
• p99o does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and applicable gas fees.

p99o is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking system outages, or network congestion on blockchain networks. In such circumstances, p99o will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

p99o may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

General bonus conditions applicable across all p99o promotions unless otherwise specified include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in the promotion terms) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be permitted.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary. The applicable contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• p99o reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be respected.
• The use of any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or arbitrage strategy to exploit promotional offers may result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and the suspension of the player's account.

06 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the p99o platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form an integral part of these Terms.

By placing a bet on p99o, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are accepted at p99o's sole discretion. p99o reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to settlement, including in cases where odds were published in error.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player, except where p99o's specific in-play cash-out feature has been made available for that market.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), p99o reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether they have been settled.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to cricket-specific rules regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and player withdrawal. These rules are detailed within the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. Applicable limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

p99o operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of corrupt activity in sport. Any player found to have placed bets with knowledge of or involvement in such activity will have their account permanently suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

07 Casino Games

p99o offers a range of casino products including live dealer games, video slots, crash games, and arcade-style fishing games. All casino games available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose products are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Casino gaming involves risk and outcomes are determined by certified random number generators.

• Live dealer games are operated in real time and are subject to the specific table rules displayed at each game table.
• Technical malfunctions in any casino game will void that particular game round, and the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game supplier's disconnection policy, which is displayed within each game's help section.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p99o platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for personal gain;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p99o staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary software or data from the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the p99o Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of p99o or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without written authorisation from p99o;
• Using the p99o brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

Any unauthorised use of p99o intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. p99o actively monitors for infringement and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

10 Privacy & Data

p99o collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

p99o is committed to the security of your personal and financial information. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. p99o does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

p99o may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensed gaming regulators in connection with anti-money laundering investigations, fraud prevention, or licensing compliance requirements. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

p99o provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, available at no cost through your account settings:

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p99o, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond p99o's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

p99o's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p99o account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit p99o's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

p99o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to p99o;
• The player's identity or age has not been satisfactorily verified;
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, p99o reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, p99o may forfeit part or all of the account balance and apply it against any losses, costs, or damages incurred by the Company as a result of the breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting p99o support. Upon closure at your request, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided no active investigations or pending wagering requirements are outstanding.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p99o holds its gaming licence.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through p99o's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals in the licensing jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

p99o operates an internal complaints procedure for player disputes. To raise a formal complaint, you should contact p99o support in writing via the email address provided in Section 15 below, setting out the nature of your complaint in full. p99o will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
